Project

Meta Spring District - Block 24

Commercial

Originally a simple office repaint, the project evolved into a full cleanroom conversion. This shift required intumescent fireproofing, chemical-resistant flooring, and high-performance coatings—all executed to meet strict cleanroom standards. Through precise planning and expert coordination, the team delivered a high-functioning, compliant facility that exceeded expectations.

Challenge

Significant water damage occurred due to a pipe leak, affecting floors, walls, and possibly electrical systems. Additionally, the relocation of furniture and computer equipment caused notable trade damage, including scuffed surfaces, broken fixtures, and disrupted infrastructure.

Solution

The client expected top-tier quality, but a late-stage water leak and wall damage from moving equipment impacted the final appearance. PPC promptly estimated repairs, repainted nearly 80% of the walls, and completed the work ahead of schedule—without disturbing the new furnishings—ensuring the client opened on time.
